My work is rooted in the understanding that physical tension, emotional stress, and life experience are deeply connected. Through a blend of therapeutic massage modalities, intuitive presence, and trauma-informed care, I create sessions that honor the whole personmind, body, and spirit.

My intention is simple: to hold space for your body to release, restore, and return to itself.
